The Westfield Fund (TWF) is a community donor advised fund held at the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation formed to attract and build endowments to benefit the Town and Village of Westfield, New York. NCCF BLOOM Garden Recognition Program Announces 2020 Communities
The Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation (NCCF) is excited to announce that four communities will be participating in the 2nd Annual BLOOM Garden Recognition Program. The villages of Cassadaga, Lily Dale, Silver Creek, and Forestville will be acknowledging and celebrating the work of their residents who contribute to the beauty of our region through their gardens and landscaping. Gardens will be canvassed and recognized in July 2020.
**Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic the BLOOM Garden Recognition Project has been cancelled for 2020.
The Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation is seeking interested north county municipalities to bring BLOOM to their communities! Established in 2019, the BLOOM Project returns this year to acknowledge and celebrate residents who contribute beauty to the northern Chautauqua region through their gardens and landscaping.

The SCIHF provides funding to new community initiatives, leadership development and charitable programs that address the most pressing issues within the Silver Creek Irving community. The board, staff, and volunteers at the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation thank everyone who came out on March 23 to our record-breaking Applebee’s Flapjack Breakfast Fundraiser! We successfully raised over $2,400 to support our Service Learning Mini-Grant Program. Grants awarded from this program support middle and high school teachers in all northern Chautauqua County school districts by encouraging them to promote community service in the classroom.
